Samantha Tindle is a psychology student and visual artist based in Hillsboro, Ore. Her work is shaped by her interest in human emotion, inner life, and the ways people survive, remember, love, and grieve. Drawing from both psychology and lived experience, she uses color as an emotional language, building visual spaces around tenderness, longing, joy, loss, and connection. People remain her favorite subject matter, both in science and in painting. Outside of art and psychology, she enjoys strategy games, such as Stellaris and Go, and spending time with her German shepherd.
